Conditions
The following sales and delivery terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Angels Share (owned by Vin & Vin Aalborg ApS). The terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and Angels Share (Vin & Vin Aalborg ApS) as the seller.
At Angels Share you can trade with VISA, VISA Dankort and MasterCard.
Legislation
Sales of goods at Angels Share is subject to Danish legislation. Buyers must be over the age of 18 to purchase beverages.
By ordering customers declare being familiar with the applicable laws on the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Shipping & Delivery:
Our normal delivery time is 2-4 days in Denmark. Outside Denmark 4 - 24 days.
Delivery cannot be arranged at a fixed time or for a specified period of time.
Please note when delivering to a private address:
It is important to ensure that the carrier can deliver your order so that you do not have to pick up the order at the nearest freight center. We therefore recommend that, when ordering, you fill in an alternate delivery address or accurately indicate whether the order may be placed at your address, even though no one is at home. For example in basement shaft, in garage / carport, at neighbor. Note, however, that this is done at your own risk. Therefore, delivery at alternative address is preferable, e.g. your workplace.
Shipping fee applies to only one delivery, so be sure to fill in the delivery section.
Please note that the prices below apply only in Denmark, except for non-bridged islands.
Shipping rates - Denmark
1 - 3 bottles (up to 5 kg) DKK 89, 00
4 -7 bottles (up to 10 kg) DKK 119.00
More than 7 bottles is free shipping in Denmark.
Note that the above is calculated for bottles of 70 cl.
No delivery on Danish non-bridged islands. If you want to deliver on non-bridged islands, please contact the store by email: aalborg@vinogvin.dk and make a delivery agreement, as additional freight rates will be charged.
Shipping rates - outside Denmark
Contact the store by mail - describe where you want the order delivered - then we will return with a price on delivery.
Risk of the goods:
The risk of goods purchased by Angels Share (Vin & Vin Aalborg ApS) passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaint:
Any errors or defects in delivery from Angle Share must be claimed within a reasonable time, however within 48 hours. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests. If you find an error, please contact Angle Share as soon as possible.
Payment:
In this shop you can order your goods online and pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, JCB and American Express.
All prices include Danish VAT
Returns:
Angels Share, provides 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
You are obliged to return the item in the same condition, quantity and unopened as it is received. You have to bear the costs of returning the item yourself.
Conditions are taken out for sold out items, printing errors and Force majeure.
