Habitation Clément in French-Caribbean Martiniqué has been classified as a historical monument since 1996. Beautifully restored and picturesque situated in the middle of lush sugar cane fields, this state house testifies to a bygone time in the ancient colonies.
The place is full of history, legends and a collection of irreplaceable shenanigans. At the heart of the plantation lies the iconic Habitation Clement warehouses with more than 20,000 oak barrels The Caribbean's most beautiful and aristocratic Rhum Agricole. From time to time, some dishes come up with one excellent aroma and taste that they are earmarked for bottling by very special events. Clement Single Cask Vikings is a 16 year old Single Cask room from Martinique. This fantastic and unique rum was carefully selected in March 2017 by a small exclusive group of Danish wine merchants at Habitation Clement's iconic warehouses in Martinique.
