Bonpland has rum from the well-known distilleries such as the now closed Caroni in Trinidad, as well as rum from the distilleries Foursquare (Barbados), Worthy Park (Jamaica), Saint Lucia Distillery (St. Lucia), Enmore & Uitvflugt (Guyana), South Pacific ( Fiji) and Mount Gay (Barbados).
Bonpland and their master blender are very thorough in their selection of these very special casks from the Top Rom distilleries, which will later be shipped to the best wineries in Germany, where the "refining" the rum is further refined. Six months later, the compartment is ready to be tapped on a premium bottle, with each bottle being signed and numbered.
