In Barbados you will find Foursquare Distillery, which is one of the four remaining distilleries on the small Caribbean island.
The rum is bottled back in November 2016, at dish strength of 56% alcohol. Only 5,400 bottles have been bottled.
The taste is very harmonious despite a relatively high alcohol. The alcohol is very well integrated in the flavors and does not stand out.
